The Bailey Hotel also features three immaculate and vintage dining halls and three additional banquet/meeting rooms.

The Bailey menu has featured exquisite dishes, from European-style delicacies to Kansas homestyle cooking, prepared in the Bailey kitchen with the finest and freshest ingredients. The Bailey has also offered all-you-can-eat buffets. For dessert, the kitchen has served up delicious baked-on-site breads, pies, and cakes.

The restaurant is no longer open to the public. However, breakfast is still being served to hotel guests.

Furthermore, the facility may be rented for private occasions. The Bailey, in fact, is the perfect setting for office parties, corporate meetings, seminars, family reunions, weddings, and baby showers—just about any type of gathering. Private gatherings are welcome for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, including on Mondays.

The Bailey may also provide full-service catering for those who already have the right place but need great food and service.
